IB Bestie is an online tutoring service run by Omar Shaltout in Egypt. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have. For any privacy question, email contact@ibbestie.com.
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
These providers may process data outside your country. We may also share data when the law requires it.
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores what's needed to keep you signed in, and PayPal may set its own cookies during checkout.
We keep your account data while your account is in use. We keep payment and booking records for as long as we need them for accounting, disputes or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we'll delete what we aren't required to keep.
Email us to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it or to object to how we use it. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.
Many of our students are under 18. If you are, a parent or guardian should agree to you using IB Bestie before you create an account or book a lesson. A parent or guardian can contact us at any time to review or delete their child's data.
Sign-in, bookings and payments go over encrypted connections, and only the people listed above can view booking records. No online service is completely secure, so please use a strong password and tell us if you suspect a problem with your account.
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
